Another perfect destination for this Holy Week is Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Lipa City, Batangas. The church is worth visiting for it means visiting the Our Lady Mediatrix of All Grace.

This Holy Week, one nice destination for Vista Iglesia is St. Padre Pio Shrine in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.  I had a chance to visit the new shrine last year. We usually visit the old chapel along Maharlika Highway. Such a very beautiful place to pray and meditate.

End of SY 2013-14 is here are again!

Here are some options for your kids to do this summer most especially if you are from Dasmariñas City, Cavite.

If your kids are into sports, Vel Maris School Summer Camp 2014 focuses mainly on volleyball, basketball and badminton.

If your kids are inclined into music, Casa Musica de Dasmariñas offers a wide range of summer classes for music.

SM Dasmariñas is on 3-Day Sale since yesterday March 14 until tomorrow March 16.

I don’t usually go to malls on sale. It is simply because it makes me dizzy when on a large crowd.  This time, I had no choice.  I needed to buy things so I had to go.

Warning:

There a lot of good stuffs.  I was able to buy out of budget things (curtains, plastic boxes, shoes, etc).

Traffic is moderate to heavy as Robinsons Dasma is also on sale.

Pick pockets and shop lifters are everywhere and taking advantage of the huge crowd.  I was almost a victim.

I’m back to blogging! After some time, I’m back and I’m back for good! =) Just been busy with my nre work, And of course, there are also a lot of mom works! Been busy also with my mommy tasks. But, I’m back, really back! 

Is this for real?  Is it really official?

This weekend is going to be 4 day weekend – from August 18 to 21.  I have been waiting for the official announcement as our family is planning for something.  I pray that the weather will be good this weekend.

I have been transacting with different government lately (e.g. SSS ID re-application, NBI clearance, retirement of business in Manila City Hall, retirement of business in BIR, Pag-ibig Home Loan amortization payment).  There is one thing in common among these offices - long queues.  For me, it's okay to wait as long as I am served well.

From my experience, I like most the services of Pag-ibig Fund and the least is the BIR. 

Why?

The people I encountered in Pag-ibig Fund offices, specifically the branch in Gil Puyat in Makati and in Imus are very courteous.  Yes, there are long queues but I am accommodated well.

With BIR, it’s been more than a month now since I applied for a business retirement.  Till today, I haven’t gotten a certificate of closure.  When I applied, several personnel specifically in the office for Sta. Ana RDO are unaccommodating.  I do not like the way they answer to my queries.  I will not ask I know the answer and they look very annoyed at me.  I was so pissed off.  I really would like to shout at them at I am a good taxpayer and your salaries are from my taxes.  I’ve been calling them and I was passed on to several people already.  For me, anybody deserves respect and a good service especially from the government offices because you were placed there to serve us – the common people.
