Kitchen Visit: No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake

I was searching for something to do for the long weekend last week and I bumped into this blog:  I printed it and cut out the picture of the ingredients and bought the exact brand in The Landmark grocery. 

With my cousin, we tried it last Holy Thursday.  It was a simple recipe.  We just did some modifications; we doubled everything except for the blueberry filling and we did not put in nutmeg and cinnamon powder.  Here’s our version:


3 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoon sugar
1 bar softened butter

Cheesecake filling:
bricks cream cheese
2 bricks all purpose cream
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons liquid milk
2 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (2 sachet of Knox)

1 can Comstock
 Blueberry pie filling

The result:
 So yummy! Not bad for a first timer!
